RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason or your cartridge is defective, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be done in store within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must include reciept, all original packaging, tags and labels attached. We cannot process returns for flower, concentrates or edibles. Defective cartridges must be defective and be 75% full or more.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then stop into ANC Dispensary and speak with a Store Manager .

NO EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     Edibles
     ●     Concentrates
     ●     Flower

     ●     Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned.
