Delivery Policy

•Customer must be present with a state-issued license or ID for recreational deliveries and a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana card for medical deliveries to accept orders.

•Medical marijuana delivery patients must have sufficient allotment available (confirmed with ADHS prior to delivery).

•Customers need to be available within a 1-hour delivery window (driver will call before departing from ANC Dispensary in Cave Creek).

•Cash or Dutchie Pay by Bank

•$75 minimum order

•$3 delivery fee for recreational deliveries; free delivery for medical marijuana patients.

•State limits apply.

Yes. We can deliver to hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals as long as the name on the order matches the ID of the person receiving the delivery. You must be available to meet our driver in the lobby or designated pickup area.

Can someone else accept my marijuana delivery?

No. The person who placed the order must be the one to receive it. A valid ID is required to confirm the order at the time of delivery.
