SLOW FLOW YOGA & STRETCHING CLASS @ ANC- with Jennifer Rose
ANC will be hosting a slow flow yoga and stretching class taught by Jennifer Rose. We’ll be out on the shaded ANC patio before the shop opens from 9AM-10AM every other Sunday. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT AND WATER BOTTLE! We hope to see you there!
