Dear valued Patients,

As we navigate through this challenging time our priorities at Arizona Natural Concepts Dispensary are set on the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff. With this priority in mind, we wanted to reach out and share an update on the actions that ANC Dispensary is proactively taking to support the effort of preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

1. Increased cleaning: We are now even further emphasizing an increased awareness in our store for the importance of cleanliness and sanitizing procedures, including requiring additional regular hand washing breaks and hand sanitizing for employees. Also adding additional hand sanitizers in our lobby for patients to use.

2. Employee Temperature checks: As a precautionary measure during this time of concern, our employees are volunteering to temperature checks. There have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 with any employees at this time.

3. Limiting Occupancy: We will keep the occupancy at ANC Dispensary to less than 50 guests at any time in our lobby and sales floor.

4. Staying Updated: We will continue to follow updates and protocols recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local departments of public health, and the World Health Organization to best ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

We also want to remind patients that they can take advantage of our delivery services and have medical marijuana products delivered straight to their doorstep or pick up MMJ products with curbside pick up.

We are currently operating under normal business hours but we will update our patients with any changes.

Update 3-18-2020:

Starting Wednesday March 18th 2020 ANC Dispensary on Carefree Highway will begin new temporary hours –

Everyday 9 AM to 6 PM

Update 6-1-2020:

Starting Wednesday June 1st 2020 ANC Dispensary will resume normal operating hours –

Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM

Update 6-19-2020:

Following the City of Phoenix mandate, ANC Dispensary will require all patients and staff members to wear a mask before entering our dispensary until further notice.
